Marco Antonio Duarte is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and industrial engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at CommScope since March 2020, Marco oversees global new product introduction (NPI) initiatives. Prior to this role, Marco worked as a Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Manager at Northern Tool + Equipment, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team focused on Lean Manufacturing transformation occurred. Marco's career includes significant project management roles at TE Connectivity and ADC (now Tyco Electronics), successfully transferring product lines and improving operational efficiencies. With a solid educational background in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing from institutions such as the University of Kentucky and Instituto Tecnologico de Parral, Marco is well-equipped to drive engineering excellence and innovation.
