David L. is an experienced director at the Commonwealth Treasury, overseeing diverse teams since 2008, focusing on high morale through shared goals and devolved responsibilities. With expertise in various areas including energy and climate change policy, economic analysis, and fiscal projections, David has also served as a Senior Treasury Representative at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo from 2019 to 2022.
