Mandy Stevens currently serves as the Quality Operating System Manager at Commonwealth Rolled Products, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Mandy held various roles at Aleris, including Continuous Improvement Manager and CALP Continuous Improvement Specialist, starting in May 2015. Prior to that, Mandy worked at Novelis from May 2011 to May 2015 as an Operations Training Specialist, Packaging Process Leader, and Production Coordinator, where significant contributions included developing operational SOPs and establishing the first LEAN Continuous Improvement strategy at the Fairmont facility. Mandy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oakland City University earned between 2015 and 2021, and studies at Fairmont State University from 1995 to 1999.
