Brandy Kelly is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Branch Manager at the Commonwealth of Kentucky since July 2018. Previously, Brandy held the role of Human Resource Administrator at the Kentucky State Police from June 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing employee records and serving as the insurance coordinator. Brandy began a career in human resources at the Administrative Office of the Courts from September 2003 to June 2013, crediting expertise in maintaining extensive employee records and conducting new employee orientations. Earlier roles also include serving as an Administrative Secretary Assistant II at the Department of Transportation from 2001 to 2003. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kentucky State University and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's in Business Management with minors in HRM and Psychology at Mid-Continent University.
