Mike Hoelscher began their work experience in 1990 at Residence Inn by Marriott, where they held various roles in different properties and markets until 2003. Mike then joined Marriott International, starting as a Regional Sales Specialist and eventually becoming the Manager of Sales and Marketing Services. In 2012, they became the Manager of Sales Training & Support and later the Senior Manager of Americas Top Line Service + Support. In 2020, they joined Commonwealth Hotels as a Task Force Sales Manager and is currently serving as the Field Director of Sales and Marketing.

Mike Hoelscher attended Oldham County High School from 1983 to 1986. Mike then went on to the University of Cincinnati from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
