Michelle Cardamone has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michelle started their career as a Catering Sales Manager at Crestline Hotels & Resorts in 2003. Michelle then joined Hilton Hotels Corporation/HGI Tampa Ybor as a Director of Sales in 2005 and held the position until 2014. In 2015, Michelle worked at Southwind Hospitality as an Area Director of Sales/Interim General Manager. Michelle then moved to OTO Development/Hampton Inn & Suites Ybor City/Downtown Tampa in 2016 as a Director of Sales for the Hampton Inn & Suites Ybor City. Michelle's next role was as the Director of Sales Marketing at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working as the Director Of Sales at Commonwealth Hotels, starting in October 2019.

Michelle Cardamone obtained an Associates degree in Hotel Management from Trocaire College from 1995 to 1997. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Canisius University from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they received certifications such as "Sales Manager of the Year 2022" from Commonwealth Hotels in December 2022 and "Cvent Supplier Network Certified" from Cvent in December 2020.
