Jack Thomson is the current President of Commonwealth Home Health Care, and previously worked as an owner-pharmacist at The Professional Pharmacy, Inc. from 1971 to 2011.

Jack Thomson attended the medical college of virginia school of pharmacy, where they earned their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. Jack then went on to attend the University of Richmond.
