Jon Folkers began their work experience in 2016 as a Business Developer at Industrial Panel Solutions, a sister company of EAD, Inc. Jon focused on directing and managing business development activities to align with the company's strategic vision. In 2018, Jon joined Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest. Jon initially served as a Business Developer and Marketing Manager, enhancing awareness of the company's services and building relationships with decision-makers. In 2023, Jon transitioned into the role of Corporate Business Development Manager, where they continue to develop new business opportunities and foster strategic relationships.

Jon Folkers completed their Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Southeast Community College from 1985 to 1987. Jon then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - B.S. in Business Administration and Management, General from Doane University between 1988 and 1990.
