Max Leichtman serves as the Director of Economic and Workforce Development at ComEd, responsible for attracting high-density load customers to Illinois and fostering job creation and electrical demand. With a rich history at ComEd since 2010, Max has also held roles such as Chief of Staff to the CEO, where the oversight of the ComEd 2030 sustainability strategy was a key accomplishment, and Senior Manager of Investment Strategy, managing a substantial budget for electric transmission and distribution operations. Earlier experiences include a fellowship at World Business Chicago focusing on cybersecurity job growth, and various positions at Exelon, including Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
