Michelle Channell is an experienced business development professional with a robust background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist and previously as a Community Relations Representative Senior at Commonwealth Credit Union since July 2019, Michelle has also held roles at Truliant Federal Credit Union, BB&T, Bank of the Ozarks, Capital One, Huntington National Bank, and U.S. Bank, accumulating extensive expertise in customer service, branch management, and community relations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as training as a Computer Specialist and a high school diploma from Newton Falls High School.
