Tim Gorman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as System Vice President- Legal Transactions at CommonSpirit Health since September 2019, Gorman leads legal transactions and M&A activities, playing a key role on the Strategic Growth team. Prior to this role, Gorman was Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Legal Mergers and Acquisitions at Catholic Health Initiatives, where complex transaction leadership was a focal point. Gorman's career also includes positions such as Managing Counsel at Upstate Medical University, Director of Compliance/Counsel at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, and General Counsel at PHP/Univera Healthcare. Gorman earned a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Le Moyne College.
