Austin Miles is an experienced professional in business intelligence and data analysis, currently serving as an Epic Cogito Reporting Analyst at CommonSpirit Health since December 2024. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Waco Family Medicine for four years as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Cogito Project Manager, as well as a Data Analyst. Austin has also held positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in seasonal roles, where responsibilities included customer service and departmental management. Earlier experiences include serving as a Community Leader at Baylor University, overseeing a residential community, and as a Back of House Team Leader at The Saxton Group, where leadership skills were honed. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University, completed in December 2020.
