Rhonda Lange is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in palliative care, hospice, and geriatric nursing. Currently serving as a Palliative Care and Hospice Nurse Practitioner at CHI Health at Home since June 2012, Rhonda conducts comprehensive assessments and collaborates with hospice teams. Previous roles include providing medical care for discharged patients at The Physician Network, managing nurse-practitioner driven programs as Interim Executive Director at CHI Health Nursing Home Network, and coordinating geriatric care improvements through the NICHE program at CHI Health. Rhonda's nursing career began in roles as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse at multiple facilities, including the Veterans Administration Medical Center and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center. Rhonda holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, along with a Master's degree in Geriatric Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
