Taylor-Grace W. currently serves as the School Partnerships Manager at CommonLit, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Taylor-Grace W. worked as a secondary English teacher for grades 9-12 at Durham Public Schools from September 2013 to June 2023, focusing on curriculum design, virtual instruction, and supporting struggling students. Additionally, Taylor-Grace W. was a Curriculum Developer for Student U from August 2021 to March 2022, where a five-week academic unit titled "From Activism to Abolition" was created for the 10th Grade English II Summer Academy course. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Literacy and Digital Learning from the University of San Diego, completed in August 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education from North Carolina Central University, obtained in May 2013.
