Caitlyn Yasso has held a range of roles in the Human Resources field since 2014. Caitlyn began their career at BIGGBY COFFEE as a Shift Leader in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Massage Green Spa as a Front Desk Receptionist, where they answered phones and booked appointments for clients. In 2017, they became a Campus Recruiter and Branch Manager at Young Entrepreneurs Across America, managing a team of five painters and completing payroll. In 2018, they held an HR Intern role at Express Employment Professionals, and also worked as a Hostess at STERLINGS BISTRO. In 2019, they joined Commoneo, LLC, where they have held the roles of Program Associate, HR Manager, and Director of Human Resources.

Caitlyn Yasso attended Oakland University from 2013 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
