Thomas Adams is currently the EVP Housing Services at CommonBond Communities, overseeing property management and compliance for over 12000 units of affordable housing. Thomas also serves on multiple boards, including Hennepin / Carver County - Workforce Development Board and Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. Thomas has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and education, holding titles such as President & CEO at Better Futures Minnesota and CEO at African American Family Services. Thomas holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and has a background in social work and program development.
