Bwalya Chirwa is a Behavioural Design Associate at Common Thread since April 2023 and has been serving as a Design Researcher and Training Specialist, as well as a Marketing Advisor and Trainer at 17 Triggers since October 2019. Previously, Bwalya held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Yalelo Limited from April 2018 to October 2019 and was the Agent Talent and Development Manager at Zoona for a brief period in 2017. Bwalya's extensive career at Zoona from 2010 to 2017 included roles such as Customer Experience Lead and Credit and Kiva Account Manager. Early in the career, Bwalya was the Publicity Secretary for the National Youth Anti Corruption Movement in 2006. Bwalya's educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the University of Cape Town, ongoing studies in Sustainability Leadership at Harvard University, a Certificate in Credit Management, a Diploma in Computer Engineering, and a Master of Philosophy in Inclusive Innovation as a candidate at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town.
