Tony Zhu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application support, data analysis, and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Common Securitization Solutions since April 2018, Tony leads incident and problem management in a cross-functional Agile team, focusing on mortgage-backed securities processes and data-centric applications. Previous roles include Application Support Analyst and Data Analyst at CF Advance Corp., where automation and optimization of data processing were key contributions. Tony’s background also includes significant tenure at IBM as a Senior Data Engineer, providing support for ETL jobs and BI features for banking clients, and earlier experience at HUAWEI as a Software Engineer. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Hebei University of Economics and Business and is currently pursuing further education at Mt. San Antonio College.
