Brooke Konopacki is an experienced professional with a strong background in program participation, compliance, and education within various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Participation and Compliance at Common Ground Alliance since October 2022, previous roles include Senior Director of Community & Insights and Director of Education Programs at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers. Brooke has also founded Xena Travel, focusing on customized travel experiences, and served as Education Supervisor for the Austin Board of REALTORS. With experience as a Career Counselor and Program Coordinator, Brooke has built a reputation for promoting education and workforce development.
