Nathalie Assens is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and executive roles across various firms. Currently serving as a Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Commodore Builders since November 2017, Nathalie oversees a diverse range of projects within the commercial and healthcare sectors, contributing to an annual volume of $550 million. Prior experience includes project executive and senior project manager positions at ZVI Construction, along with serving as a manager and owner's representative for TJAC Development, which focuses on student housing and academic centers. Additional roles include project manager at Shawmut Design and Construction and research assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Nathalie supported the establishment of the Disaster Response Network. Nathalie Assens holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from MIT and an engineering degree from ESTP. Certifications include PMP, CEM, and Well AP.
