Brendan Lawler has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Service Lead at Commodity Forwarders Inc. since June 2018, where responsibilities include delegating freight assignments and resolving customer issues to enhance retention. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at CEVA Logistics, overseeing freight handlers and adjusting carrier schedules, and Group Leader at Schoeneck Containers, managing team productivity and implementing efficiency programs. Brendan's experience also includes serving as Dock Manager at Fedex Smartpost, where Quality Driven Management principles were applied to significantly reduce mis-sorts and enhance safety measures. Brendan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
