Melissa Dineen is currently the Training Chief and Managing Director at the Committee for Public Counsel Services. Prior to this, Melissa held various roles including Attorney in Charge at the Youth Advocacy Division and International Legal Foundation-Nepal. Melissa also has experience as Deputy Director at the Office of the Public Defender for the Federated States of Micronesia and as a Professor of Law at the College of Micronesia, Pohnpei. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University and a B.A in European History and Medieval Studies from Boston University.
