JF Thivierge currently serves as the Director of Product Management at CINC since January 2023. Previously, JF held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Fiserv from 2021 to 2022, where leadership focused on the strategy and innovation of the Biller Direct payment platform, generating significant revenue. Other roles include Senior Director of Product Management at Green Dot Corporation, Director of Product Management at Preferred Lease, and Senior Manager of Product Management at E*TRADE, with responsibilities ranging from directing product teams to enhancing user-centric platforms. JF's extensive experience began at Desjardins, progressing from Manager of Trading and VIP Services to Director roles overseeing trading systems and services.
