Chris Settle currently serves as a teacher at Culpeper County Public Schools, where responsibilities include instructing a dual enrollment Criminal Justice class in collaboration with Germanna Community College, alongside three other Criminal Justice professionals. In addition, Chris holds the position of Chief of Police for the Culpeper Police Department and has been with the Town of Culpeper, Virginia since June 1997, advancing from Police Officer to Deputy Chief of Police. Chris is also actively involved with the International Association of Chiefs of Police as a committee member and chair of the Real Time Crime Center Subcommittee, as well as a team member on the Unmanned Aerial Systems Subcommittee. Furthermore, Chris has served as a CALEA Assessor Team Leader since April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Safety from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University.
