Timothy Michael Marselle has had a long and varied career in the technology and business sectors. Timothy Michael began in 1994 as the Director/Program Manager for Catholic Charities USA, then moved to Aon Hewitt as an IT Implementation Architect in 2000. In 2001, they became a Friend of Laurent at OmPoint Innovations, LLC. In 2004, they became IT Director/Consultant and C-Suite/Executive Board Member at Code Exchange Inc. Following that, they served as Vice President Information Technology at HSBC from 2005-2015. In 2015, they became an Equity Partner/Executive Board Member at Gear Commerce, Inc. From 2017-2021, they were the Founder/Executive Board Member of Answrs, Inc. Most recently, they have been working as a Management Consultant at Business Talent Group since 2021, and since 2019 has been the Chief Information Officer and Co-founder at Commercium Bank. Timothy Michael has contributed to the drafting of policies, procedures, projected financials, and other documentation required to form a de-novo bank, and was successful in obtaining a Special Purpose Deposit Institution Banking Charter, which was granted in August 2021.

Timothy Michael Marselle attended Illinois State University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.).
