Juan Carlos Martinez Clinch has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Juan Carlos started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at ADFlex Mexico SA de Cv in 1999. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Gerente de Control de Calidad at Shure de Sonora SA de Cv. In 2003, they joined Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. as an Engineering Superintendent and later became an Engineering Manager in 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for quoting, process engineering, design of harness forming, and test boards. Juan Carlos also developed and implemented Virtual Wiring Boards for production.
