Eric Wiederhoeft is an experienced manufacturing and operational leader with a career spanning over 28 years. Currently serving as General Manager at Commercial Tool Group since December 2021, Eric has demonstrated a strong ability to standardize processes and drive profitability. Previously, Eric held the position of Operations Manager at LG Energy Solution and Plant Manager at ITW, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing operations. Eric's extensive background also includes roles at ADAC Automotive, where Eric progressed from Molding/ Maintenance Manager to Molding Quality Engineer/ Supervisor, Assembly Manager, and Molding Manager/ Process Engineer, establishing priorities, expediting results, and enhancing quality controls. Eric began a career as a Process Engineer at Prince/JCI in 1995. Eric holds an education from Michigan Technological University.
