Shatssy Hassan has a diverse work experience in the field of security, continuity, and design. Shatssy began their career as an Architectural Designer at Architecture & Planning Group from May 2002 until December 2006. Following this, they joined Citi in January 2007 as an Information Security & Business Continuity Manager, where they worked until December 2009. In January 2010, they transitioned to CIB Egypt, taking on the role of Business Continuity & Support Head until October 2014. Shatssy then moved up to become the Chief Security Officer at CIB Egypt, a position they currently hold.
Shatssy Hassan holds a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Shatssy also has a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architectural Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University, completed from 1997 to 2002. Before that, Shatssy received a High School Degree in Mathematics from the Armenian Catholic Sisters' School, which they accomplished between 1986 and 1997. In addition, they have obtained a certification called "The Innovative Technology Leader" from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, although the specific month and year of achievement are not provided.
