Rajiv Casie Chitty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and operations. Currently serving in Genius Operations at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC since February 2015 and as Chief Financial Officer at Sunshine Tea Pvt Ltd since January 2014, Rajiv has also held significant leadership roles including Managing Director at Horana Plantations PLC from June 2001 to June 2013 and Director of Research at CT Smith Stockbrokers (Pvt.) Ltd from 1996 to 2001. Early career experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC and Audit at KPMG Sri Lanka. Rajiv's educational background includes ACCA, CIMA, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Staffordshire, and a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the University of Colombo, along with foundational education at Royal College, Colombo 07.
