Mina Kim is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Communications Coordinator at Commercial Contracting Corporation since September 2022, focusing on fostering international relations and effective communication. Previously, Mina worked as an English Second Language Teacher at the Gyeongnam Office of Education from 2017 to 2021, developing and facilitating engaging curriculum for elementary students. Prior to that, involvement as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in the Japanese Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) from 2012 to 2017 included participating in conferences and assisting junior high students with foundational language skills. Additionally, as Vice President of the Aomori branch of the Association for Japan Exchange and Teaching (AJET) from 2015 to 2017, Mina organized community events to strengthen networking among English teachers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Member and Resident Mentor in the Residence Hall Association at Michigan State University, focusing on student support and community engagement. Mina holds a BA in Japanese and French from Michigan State University, attained in 2012.
