Wes Minton has a diverse work experience in the mortgage loan industry. Wes has held roles such as Vice President/Mortgage Loan Manager at Commercial Bank and Trust from 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Loans and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Sales Manager from 2015 to 2023. Wes has also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First State, Paragon Bank & Paragon Financial Solutions, Renasant Bank, SunTrust Mortgage, Bank of America Mortgage, and First Tennessee Home Loans. At First Tennessee Home Loans, Wes actively worked on mortgage portfolios, purchase/refinance transactions, construction loans, and credit restructuring.

Wes Minton attended The University of Memphis from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Business and Management. Prior to that, they graduated from Kirby High School in 1994. Additionally, they completed the Xinnix Mortgage Academy Experienced Loan Officer Training program, although the dates of their enrollment are not provided.
