Lara Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lara recently served as the Director of Marketing at Commercial Bank and Trust, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the West Tennessee Marketing Manager at FirstBank from April 2021 to June 2023. Lara also held the position of Senior Director of Marketing at The Bank of Fayette County from October 2020 to April 2021. Lara has experience in the education sector, working as the Associate Director of Development at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from November 2019 to October 2020. Before transitioning to the banking industry, Lara worked at First Horizon Bank for 22 years, serving as a VP of Wealth Management/Private Client Marketing. Lara began their professional career as an intern at Axiohm, S.A. in 1996. From 1994 to 1995, they were an Executive Assistant and Correspondent Operations Representative in the Financial Institutions Division at First Horizon Bank. Lara's career started in 1991 as an Office Coordinator at Jenny Craig, where they worked until 1993.

Lara Reynolds has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Rhodes College. Lara also holds an International MBA with a focus on Marketing and French Language from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis.
