Gareth Rea is a seasoned professional in the technology and customer success sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at commercetools since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gareth held various key positions at Oracle from March 2011 to December 2022, including COE Manager for Oracle Commerce and Team Lead for Oracle Commerce Customer Support following the acquisition of ATG. Gareth's career began at Art Technology Group, where responsibilities included serving as Principal Technical Support Engineer for ATG commerce from July 2005 to March 2011. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Analyst/Developer at Santander from September 1998 to June 2005. Gareth holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Stirling, completed in June 1997, after attending Bangor Grammar School from 1986 to 1993.
