Chris Hodyl is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in water resources management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Development Review Manager for Commerce City since February 2021, Chris has previously held senior project management roles at Jacobs and J3 Engineering Consultants. At URS Corporation, Chris managed various FEMA floodplain mapping studies and contributed to high-profile RiskMAP projects in collaboration with state and federal agencies. With a Master's Degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, Chris possesses comprehensive expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, watershed management, and environmental permitting.
