Kristin Brooks, PMP, CSPO, CSM has an extensive work experience, having worked in various roles since 1997. Kristin started their career as a Digital Business Analyst at J.R. Simplot Company in 1997. Kristin then moved on to TSYS (Total Systems) in 2004 as a Business Systems Specialist. In 2006, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at COMSYS, where they were a consultant to the State of Idaho on a project aimed at the successful implementation of the new $50 million Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). From 2009 to 2010, they worked at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center as a Sr. Business Analyst. In 2010, they joined Bodybuilding.com as a Manager, Product Management (eCommerce), where they managed a team of Agile Product Owners focused on new feature development for the Bodybuilding.com ATG eCommerce platform. In 2017, they worked as a Sr. Project Manager at both Netsmart and TechSystems. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Commerce Architects since 2019.

Kristin Brooks, PMP, CSPO, CSM, obtained their M.A. in American Studies from Utah State University between 1995 and 1997. Kristin then obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2013, their Certified Scrummaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2012, and their Agile Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2011.
