Bob Woods has extensive work experience in the field of commercial property maintenance and real estate. Bob has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Command7, where they oversee all aspects of the company's operations nationwide and in Canada and U.S. territories since September 2018. Prior to that, they were the Managing Principal of Summit Capital Group, a private capital firm focused on real estate investments, and also served as the President & CEO of Republic Development, L.C. from 2005 to 2018. Before entering the real estate industry, Bob worked as a Director of Global Strategic Planning at Trammell Crow Company and as a Consultant at Deloitte, providing strategic and consultative services to corporate clients. Bob began their career as the Manager of Commercial Lending at Republic Mortgage Corporation from 1996 to 2000.

Bob Woods has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Bob also holds an MBA degree in Strategy, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
