Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educationally, Mariana completed a diploma in business administration and management at Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México, awarded in 2015.
