Nelly Baron has a range of experience in marketing and communication roles. Nelly started their career at FCB 20-80 as an Account Executive in 1999 and later worked at TEQUILA\FRANCE as a Senior Consultant in 2002. Nelly then joined Publicis Dialog as a Senior Account Director in 2003 and moved on to Thalys International as a Communication Director from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Nelly became the Marketing and Communication Director at Railteam BV, where they led the brand launch of the European High Speed Rail Alliance and coordinated corporate campaigns across Europe. Since 2011, they have been the Director of Marketing and Communication at Comexposium.

Nelly Baron pursued their Master's degree in International Business from the Paris School of Business during the years 1995 to 1998. The field of study for this degree has not been specified.
