Andre Grede currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Comet Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Grede was the Vice President of Global R&D at COMET Plasma Control Technologies from July 2015 to November 2023 and held the position of Leiter HF Neuentwicklung at TRUMPF Hüttinger from August 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included leading and restructuring high-frequency developments and implementing new methodologies. Grede began their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at TU Berlin from May 2006 to July 2011, focusing on research and development of high-power amplifiers and millimeter-wave components. Grede obtained a Diplom in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in High-Frequency Technology from Technische Universität Berlin between 1999 and 2006.
