Praveen Dhas is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as Executive Director at Comcast since June 2007. Dhas leads initiatives within the AI Experience domain, focusing on enhancing frontline applications through AI/ML and Generative AI, aimed at boosting productivity and customer self-service. Previous roles at Comcast include Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Product Development, where Dhas oversaw various development teams and played a pivotal role in creating tools for field technicians and implementing transformational programs. Prior to Comcast, Dhas held the position of Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies, contributing to billing application development. Dhas holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Management from Villanova University and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
