Mike Xavier, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in human resources and employee engagement. Since June 2011, Mike has served as the Sr. Director of Financial Health at Comcast, focusing on the strategy and implementation of Financial Wellness offerings for US employees. Prior roles at Comcast include Sr. Director of Employee Engagement & Employee Relations and Director of Employee Relations, overseeing employee concerns within the Florida Region. Previously, Mike was the Regional HR Manager at AutoZone, providing strategic support to a large retail operation, and served as Store Operations District Manager at Rose Auto Stores, managing multiple store operations. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a BSBA from Thomas Edison State University.
