Chad M. Cavanaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and client relationship management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Premium Hospitality at Comcast Spectacor since October 2006. In this role, Chad oversees the Premium Hospitality Managers to ensure exceptional service to Club Box and Suite Partners. Previously, Chad held various positions, including Manager and Representative in Premium Services and VIP Will Call Services, alongside an Accounts Payable role at ICG Commerce from May 2006 to May 2007. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
