Trishla Jobanputra has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on digital transformation, product management, operations, and project management. Trishla most recently served as the VP of Program Delivery at Comcast Advertising where they were responsible for overseeing program delivery. Prior to that, they worked at DLL as the Head of Digital & Product Management, where they led the US digital transformation and implemented innovative digital and product strategies. Trishla also served as the VP of Strategy & Product Management at DLL, leading a company-wide culture shift and managing a team of product managers and specialists. Trishla also has experience at Microsoft as the Director Worldwide Operations - Payment Solutions, where they created payment options for volume licensing customers and led a team of financial solution experts. Trishla also worked as the Director Worldwide Operations & IT at Microsoft. Earlier in their career at DLL, Trishla held various project management, operational excellence, and analytics roles, managing multi-year programs and establishing governance structures and practices. Trishla has a strong background in strategy analysis and decision-making through data intelligence.

Trishla Jobanputra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Trishla later pursued an MBA in New Ventures & Entrepreneurial Studies at Penn State Great Valley from 2006 to 2007. In 2021, Trishla attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation, focusing on Strategy. Additionally, Trishla has obtained several certifications, including Leading SAFe 5.0 and Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. Trishla also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
