Tomislav Bušić has a diverse work experience history. Tomislav started their career as an IT Associate at the City of Zagreb - Cultural Center Travno in 2012 and held this position for six years until 2018. After that, they joined SV Group d.o.o. as a System Engineer, where they worked for almost three years until July 2021. Currently, Tomislav is employed at Combis d.o.o. as a Cyber Security Specialist, starting from July 2021.

Tomislav Bušić completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. Tomislav then pursued a Master's degree in Information Security and Digital Forensics at Zagreb University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, they also attended Machina - Game Academy to enhance their computer games and programming skills. In terms of additional certifications, Tomislav obtained various certifications such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Security QRadar SIEM V7.4.3, CCNA, Privileged Password Security Training, IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V9.0, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), and IBM Solution Designer - Rational Performance Tester V8.
