Setia Permana has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Assistant Engineering Manager at PT. Combiphar since November 2012, where responsibilities include ensuring the productivity and efficiency of production machinery maintenance programs. Previously, Setia worked as a Process Engineer at PT. Sanbe Farma from March 2005 to September 2012, focusing on analyzing equipment reliability and performance metrics to develop improvement programs. Setia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, obtained in 2009.
