Paul F. began their work experience in 1985 as a Detective at the Austin Police Department, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they founded and became the publisher of Global Enforcement Review. Paul then joined Armor Holdings in 2001 as the Director of Marketing and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Combined Systems as the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Paul F. attended Texas State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree in Liberal Studies.
