Earl Wiggley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Earl recently joined Combe Incorporated as the Vice President & General Manager of Rantoul. Prior to that, they worked at Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling as a Plant Director from 2017 to 2021. Before that, Wiggley held various positions at Sunny Delight Beverages Co., including Plant Director and Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Region. Their earliest work experience can be traced back to The Procter & Gamble Company, where they worked in various management roles, including Instant Coffee Operations Manager and Site Human Resources Manager. Overall, Wiggley has a strong background in operations management and human resources.

Earl Wiggley attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering. Earl then pursued further education at Baker University from 1989 to 1991, earning an MSM degree in Organizational Management.
