Filip Eckstein started their work experience in 2007 as an Editor at EMPRESA MEDIA, a.s., and held the position until 2011. In 2012, they began working at ComAp Group, where they held various roles including Embedded Software Engineer, Embedded SW Team Leader, R&D Technical Manager, and most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Architecture since August 2021. Their responsibilities at ComAp Group have included the development and maintenance of the company's Technology Strategy and roadmap, aligning technology direction with business direction, and effectively communicating the company's Technology Strategy to the executive team and board.

Filip Eckstein's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Czech Technical University in Prague for their Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics and Robotics. Filip completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, Filip pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electronics at the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Filip also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received certification in "Scrum and Agile Methods of Development for Practice" from ICT Pro s.r.o. Following that, they completed the "Leading and Facilitating of Company Meetings" certification from Gradua-CEGOS, s.r.o. in 2015. Filip expanded their skill set by completing the "e-learningový Kurz Profesionálního Růstu Analytika" certification from Object Consulting s.r.o. in 2016. More recently, in 2022, they acquired the "Certified Professional for Software Architecture Foundation Level" certification from iSAQB® – International Software Architecture Qualification Board.
