Richard Scott Herr is an experienced educator and educational partnerships manager with a diverse background in various educational roles. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Comal Independent School District since September 2019, Herr also holds the position of Educational Partnerships Manager at INSIGHTADVANCE LIMITED since February 2018. Previous experience includes key leadership roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where responsibilities ranged from directing professional services to managing implementations of learning management systems in large K-12 districts. Herr began a career in education as a Middle School Teacher and Coach in San Antonio ISD and Fort Worth ISD. Herr earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Drake University, completing the degree in 1995.
