Mike Gillen has a strong background in the publishing industry, with over 30 years of experience. Mike has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President at COMAG, where they manage teams in wholesale/logistics and retail marketing. Mike has been responsible for developing and implementing title-specific retail marketing plans for renowned publishers, generating over $600 million in annual sales. Additionally, they oversee a wholesale audit compliance team generating collections of more than $2 million. Prior to COMAG, Gillen served as Vice President at Weider Publications, where they managed a sales team and had retail strategy responsibility for health and fitness titles. Mike also worked as the Director of Sales at Rodale, managing retailer and wholesaler relationships and creating retail programs. Earlier in their career, Gillen held various positions at TV Guide's distribution division, including Vice President, where they managed national retail and distribution sales and oversaw an in-house merchandising program.
Mike Gillen attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
